What do I have to do in case of breakdown?

You do not have to worry at all. In case of breakdown call us immediately, entering the phone number displayed on our website or in the Rental Agreement.

What about minimum age requirements?

In general, the minimum age for renting a car is 21 years old for groups of smaller cars, like A,B & C categories and up to 24 years old for the remaining car groups. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information on this matter.

Do I receive a booking confirmation e-mail?

Yes, if your booking is successfully completed, you always receive a booking confirmation e-mail.

Am I allowed to extend rental dates?

Yes, you can extend your rental dates, but please notify us as soon as possible, since your desired car rental may be not available to extend.

What about driving licences?

You must provide a valid Driving Licence, copies are not accepted. Valid International Driving Permits are also accepted in certain cases. Drivers must have held a full driving licence for at least 12 months.

What is your fuel policy?

Our cars are supplied with fuel at the start day of the rental, therefore renters have to return the vehicles, after having refuelled them to the same level upon picking them up.
