Before completing your booking on this website, please make sure that you have read the Terms and Conditions, since any booking process is subject to the Terms and Conditions provided on this website. Our company is obliged to deliver the vehicle requested upon reservation on the day and at the time selected.

Rental Agreement

In order to pick the selected vehicle up, you are obliged to sign a Rental Agreement, whose Terms and Conditions are applicable during the rental period.

Αge Requirements & Driving Licence

In general, the minimum age for renting a car is 21 years old for groups of smaller cars, like A, B & C categories and up to 24 years old for the remaining car groups. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information on this matter.

Furthermore, you must provide a valid Driving Licence, copies are not accepted. Valid International Driving Permits are also accepted in certain cases. Drivers must have held a full driving licence for at least 12 months.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Τhere are no charges for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to pick-up date.

Please note that for cancellations made within less than 48 hours prior to the pick-up date and time you do not get any refund.

Payments & Prices

Please note that all transactions are completed in Euros. Our company is at no case responsible for any changes concerning currency exchange rates. Concerning prices, we have calculated the value-added tax (VAT 24%) and added it to final prices.

Availability of Cars

We are not able to show on our website every available car, but solely the most representative one of a certain car group. The definition ‘Or Similar’ indicates that there are other vehicles of similar size, type and value as the one being displayed.

Reservation Confirmation

If your booking is successfully completed, you always receive a booking confirmation e-mail.

Violation of Road Traffic Law

In case of violation of the Greek Road Traffic Law during the rental period, the renter has liability for paying any violation fines.

Fuel Policy

Car rentals are supplied with fuel at the start day of the rental, therefore renters have to return the vehicles, after having refuelled them to the same level upon picking them up.

Driving out of Corfu

Renters are not allowed to drive our car rentals out of Corfu without our company’s prior written permission.

*We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications to the Terms and Conditions will be applicable for bookings made after the time of modification.
